It has been months now and it does not work. Removed and try to reinstall, but it just spins and spins. Then a few days later if I try again, it gives me the option to remove, but is not really installed. This is happening on four different computers. Checked their site and they just say to reinstall, so I guess I will have to create ANOTHER account to login and ask for help. If I get anywhere I will update this. More on reddit.com

April 9, 2024SOLVED: Firefox 63.0 breaks Keepa addon for Amazon.
I had this same issue and kept following the directions to add Keepa into the allowed cookies but actually I had to add Amazon like you listed. Once I did that it started working again. Thanks! More on reddit.com

I just installed the Keepa price tracker for Amazon Firefox plugin. It appears in the list of Firefox extensions, but when I hover over it, it says "run extension". When I click it, a new tab opens with the Keepa logo in the middle and a white bar spinning round it. It just continues to do this - it doesn't seem to load, and when I open an Amazon page I don't see any Keepa info.
I think I've installed it properly, but any advice appreciated!
