To create a shortcut to the Windows Store version of Keeper that can be placed in the shell:startup folder, I found this method: Run shell:appsfolder => there you'll see all your apps including Keeper, and in this view, Windows 11 let us right click/create a shortcut. I receive the Keeper email about feature updates to the Windows desktop app. We have multiple users at multiple sites. Not hundreds like some of you but enough that it would be a pain to have to manually uninstall and reinstall for each of them. Does the Windows app not have a "Check for update" and automatic process to run an update when one is available?

The details of each deployment method are documented here: https://docs.keeper.io/en/enterprise-guide/deploying-keeper-to-end-users/desktop-application Keeper Desktop will auto-update as long as you're on a v17+ version and you're using the Microsoft Store or the AppInstaller method. The MSI and MSIX don't auto-update. Our update mechanism is similar to other Electron-based apps which update themselves after the next launch.

The Keeper desktop shortcuts for password (CTRL+SHIFT+P) no longer works in Google Chrome, Firefox or Edge. When I use that shortcut now, it brings up the Printer Window. Can this keyboard shortcut be changed or is their another way I could autotype in a password ?
Note: I have also tried using the Auto-Type Keystrokes (CTRL+SHIFT+M). That keyboard shortcut is also a shortcut for various functions in all 3 browses.
Update 08/12/2025 - I updated to Keeper 17.3.3 and this issue has been fixed. Thank you.

Please update to the latest 17.3.2 desktop app. We published a fix last Friday related to hot keys. Let me know if this resolves it.
