Is Keeper free?
Keeper has a very limited free version, you can only use it on 1 mobile device, plus it only allows you to store 10 records. The free version lacks advanced features such as password sharing, and it doesn’t even offer auto-fill. To access these, an upgrade to a premium plan is required. Overall, there are better free password managers out there.

r/PasswordManagers on Reddit: Question | Bitwarden free or Keeper Premium?
July 4, 2025 -
Hi, I got a Keeper business and personal account form my job,
I’ve been using Bitwarden and KeePass 2 for free, I wonder if I should use Keeper instead of Bitwarden since I get the premium features of Keeper for free.
What do you think?

Friends don't let friends use Keeper. Are you saying you currently run TWO password managers? That is needlessly complex and could cause problems. What if you leave your job? Are you willing to migrate your datastore back to Bitwarden? What specific features in Keeper Premium attract you? Especially when compared to Bitwarden Premium? IMO the migration issue might be a good reason to stick with your current stack.

Keeper Security Free vs Pro
Students can enjoy the features of Keeper Security Pro for free. If they want to have paid features, they can also have a 50% discount. I would strongly suggest everyone have a look at the features and benefits of the Pro version as I myself used both the versions, and truly, I found the Pro version more reliable than the Free version.
