Can a EU enterprise account not share a password entry with a US enterprise account ? What’s the workaround? How do you deal with international companies wanting to share entries with third parties using Keeper in a different cloud instance in a different region?

You are correct that Keeper tenants published to a specific region cannot perform persistent record or folder sharing to a completely different tenant hosted in a different region, by design. We do this for GDPR and other country-specific data residency reasons since the data is 100% isolated to that region for that customer. There's a couple ways to share to the other tenants if this is something the tenant owner wants to do: A user can have different Keeper vaults in each tenant. This requires a different email address of course, and you'll have to login to the other account to receive the information. The enterprise can just invite you to that tenant to have an account. The "One-time share" feature allows you to generate a share link which can be received by any user on any device or region (if the enterprise enforcement policies allow one-time sharing).
