You are asking this question backwards. You are looking for a good electric piano or synthesizer that is also a good MIDI controller. Most are “good enough” MIDI controllers but will not have as many dedicated features as a dedicated MIDI controller. You will have to decide which of those features are important to you and then research and chat with folks about those specific features. Zones is a good example of this. Some dedicated MIDI controllers let you break the keyboard into 5-7 zones each controlling a separate external instruments. Very few synthesizers have the capability for more than a couple zones.
