Hello! Need help understanding how "wirelessly connect to multiple devices simultaneously" work on Keychron.
So is it possible to connect to at least 2 laptops, then switch from 1 device to the other, and vice versa quickly?

There is a missing step in the directions for this...you have three available connection spots. When pairing the first device, you hold FN+1 to initiate pairing to slot 1 When pairing the second device, you hold FN+2 to initiate pairing to slot 2 When pairing the third device, you hold FN+3 to initiate pairing to slot 3 Once you have your devices pair, you press (don't hold) FN+ the slot number of the device (1,2 or 3). The direction indicate you always hold FN+1 to initiate pairing, it's actually FN+ the slot number 1, 2 or 3. Hope that helps.

Yes. It can connect via Bluetooth to 3 devices. Then you switch between them by pressing Fn+1/2/3. The quick guide that comes with the keyboard should have the directions on how to pair and switch.

For anyone using the Keychron K2 via bluetooth with a PC, is there any specific trick to get this to pair properly?
The instructions in the paperwork are dirt simple (side switches in the correct positions, fn + F1 for 3 secs to make it visible) yet neither my Win10 nor Win8 machine can see the device despite others being successfully paired. Any ideas?

A Factory Reset (fn +j + z) and pairing again worked for me.

After toubleshooting, some things to consider if your having issues. Check if you can pair to something else , like your phone/another pc move the keyboard closer to the motherboard/pc I didnt have my WIFI antenna plugged into my motherboard so the range was crap. After plugging in the antenna is increased the bluetooth range/reliability and let win10 discover it.

I just bought a brand new K8 Pro kit today and after assembling it, bluetooth connection has not been working for me. I tried the Fn + J + Z and Fn 1-2-3 combinations, but no indication was shown on the keyboard, nor do I see the device on my bluetooth settings. The bluetooth light just flashes once every time I tried to press a key in bluetooth mode. Any help with this is appreciated, as I only wanted the keyboard specifically for its wireless connectivity. Clearly after reading a couple of posts regarding the same issues with the model, my choice was not the best :)
Edit: After messing around for a little bit, it was the key mapping that was messing me up (I used my old keyboard's keycaps to put in the barebone kit). Was able to fix it by changing the mappings with VIA.
