I'm having issues with the M7 mouse macros. I've set a custom macro for the side key for Alt + Tab so I quickly switch applications, however this does not work. I've added time delays and recorded the macro to no avail. Any ideas on how to set this macro properly?

I just bought a Keychron M7 which works and is connected to my pc through the 2.4 GHz receiver.
The Keychron Launcher application can't detect my mouse at all and only displays "Connect device startup settings".
I can use the software through the browser with no issues, it's the application where I can't do anything.
