Can't upgrade firmware (V1)
Can't update or check firmware on V1 Max
Is it possible to load firmware onto Q1 V2 with Linux?
Where can I download V1 Max QMK firmware source code? : Keychron

Hi, I just got my V1 and I tried to tinker with the software a bit. I tried to do that on Linux but since that didn't really work I tried on Windows. Everything went great until I tried to upgrade the firmware. I'm currently on version 1.0.7 and the latest is 1.7.1. When I do the full upgrade steps my keyboard's LEDs reset (don't know if that's supposed to happen) and the firmware version stays the same, like I never upgraded it at all. Do I have to contact support? Thanks
I posted on the support thread but didn't receive any response, so i'm going to post it here to show the error.
When i try to update (or check the firmware) on my V1 Max through the launcher.keychron.com website, i get the following error.

The keyboard is connected to the app, this error shows when i click on the orange "Connect" button.
Tried different ways but it always shows the same, as you can se ein the image, the keyboard connects correctly but the "Firmware Update" part doesn't work at all.
I can acess the "Wireless Firmware" part and it shows correctly, but not the "Firmware Update".
Edit.:
Received a response from Support: "I have confirmed it with my team. The firmware should be uploaded around next week. No worries. "
So the problem must be fixed soon.
I currently don't have an option to use Windows or Mac OS for the QMK toolbox to load the newest firmware onto my Q1 V2, is there any way to update the firmware on Linux?
