Until now, I can responsibly tell all consumers who are considering purchasing keyboards from this Chinese company Keychron: Do not buy!
A few days ago, I posted a detailed, clear, and evidence-based post introducing the hellish experience of purchasing and using a Keychron keyboard.
The Keychron customer service pretended to ask me for my order number under the post and said they would resolve it for me, but in reality, they were just using my anger after being angered by their mechanical responses to whitewash themselves.
This is the notorious logic everyone knows: when you have a problem, you can blame the other party for having a bad attitude, thereby avoiding responding to your own issues.
Here I also post the chat records with their customer service: https://ibb.co/VwFFY8z https://ibb.co/SwKYCP3

When I was communicating politely with the customer service, they refused to communicate based on what I said, and instead kept copying and pasting one sentence.
They even dared not reply to the question "Can an iPad charger not charge an iPhone?" because the Keychron keyboard used a very poor power control chip that is fundamentally unable to achieve stable voltage and current, which even a $100 Logitech keyboard can achieve.
Again, I reiterate that Keychron customer service wants to replace it with a new one for me, but I still only want a refund.
Secondly, I am very dissatisfied with the attitude of Keychron customer service. You have been continuously evading quality issues. I will continue to expose you, including on TikTok and YouTube, unless you refund me and promise to improve product quality.
A keyboard requires a good power management chip. Do not act recklessly for the sake of cost reduction.ββββββββββββββββ
Hi everyone,
I'd like to tell you about another terrible experience with Keychron's customer service - I knew it was bad, but I didn't expect it to be this bad.
I purchased a V5 ISO FR keyboard that I received on May 25. However the keyboard wasn't working properly, the "@" keys returns a "Β²" and vice versa. I then tried to remap the keys on the VIA software but it didn't help. I contacted the support and oh boy...
May 26 : they suggest me to flash the latest firmware, which I did, and that didn't solve the issue.
June 7 : they ask me to send a video of the issue.
June 14 : they suggest me to re-flash the latest firmware... I do it again, still not working.
June 19 : they "passed the case to the tech team"
June 30 : I ask them what's up since I didn't have any news
July 6 : they finally answer and tell me "no feedback from the team yet"
July 20 : after another email from me, they tell me that they "will confirm with the team".
August 8 : told them I was going to contact my lawyer (lol), and they asked me to send the video again.... I send the video again.
August 9 : I tell them I want to return the keyboard
August 11 : they agree but want me to pay the shipping fee. I tell them that, given the terrible experience from them, the least they can do is cover the shipping fee.
August 15 : "we will confirm with the shipping team and come back to you ASAP".
Since then, nothing.
In a nutshell, please avoid at all costs buying from this terrible company. If you do, I truly hope your keyboard will work, because if it doesn't you're screwed. From what I've heard and read here and there, I'm far from being the only one.
It'd take me too much time to post screenshots of every mail, but here are a few. If you want to read everything, feel free to PM me.
