July 10, 2024 - I've never had an issue with the Keyspan before, but @geniusintraining's cable is the first one I'd try if I needed to replace i with something else. I almost never use the RS232 adapter natively (usually use it in a VM), so I plugged it in and went to device manager. It connected and looks like it's working fine. This is on Windows 10 Enterprise instead of Pro. Weird that it works on Enterprise and Home but not Pro... ... I assume you mean USA-19HS, not -HS19.
