I got my pair about a week ago and for the most part they are pretty good minus a few quirks. The changing box they come in is massive, like much larger than I expected. This along with its boxy shape makes it not exactly the most comfortable thing to put into a pocket. Also I'm not sure the foam tips were something that they had in mind when they designed the charging box as at least for me the buds don't actually fit in the changing case when the foam tips are on. The sound transparency mode does work but its not great. It tends to amplify background so anything like moving air or water somewhat overwhelms everything else . On top of this it feels like it either tries to cut the sound or change the audio mix anytime your phone gets an audio notification which can be somewhat jarring. The wings that come with the buds don't actually secure to the earbuds in any real way, which means they will start to fall off into your ear as you wear and press the buttons on the buds. Never have I felt that they were about to fall out of my ear because of this and switching to the smallest size helped for the most part but until I did it was a minor annoyance. Otherwise they are pretty comfortable to have in and I more or less wear them for my entire 9 hour work shift. Pairing is pretty quick and easy and I have yet to have any disconnect or de-sync issue like I had was my older cheaper pair of true wireless. Sound quality is pretty solid I do wish they had a little better bass, but its not so bad that I feel that I'm missing parts of the song because of it Call quality seems to be pretty good in all but louder environments which I cant really blame them for. some of the places I work at are just loud and just not great places to take phone calls from. For the most part for my first pair of high end earbuds I'm pretty happy with the product I got. I hope this helps More on reddit.com

Just bought these earbuds. And my experience so far has been horrible. Struggling for the last 90 minutes or so.
So I charged them a little bit at first and then began to setting them up. I got the left one to blink blue and actually connect to my phone. Never saw anything else than the red light from the right bud. Left is connected to the phone, the app finds that one, but when I press the setup, it just buffers for a while and says some error message.
So with some struggling I can connect the left one and use it without the app. I don't know if it's because of the lack off app setup, but the sound quality on the left bud is trash. Like think the sound of some 10 dollar headphones from the grocery store (only this time you can only listen with the left side).
I don't know what to do and I am extremely disappointed in these. I've tried the factory reset and the true wireless reset but all I get is some random blinks on the left one and that stupid red light from the right one. Right one hasn't made a sound and left one sounds like shit.
Did I get a bad pair, or are they supposed to be like this? I've read some bad reviews here so I wouldn't be surprised is they just are useless.
I've had, and own, other bluetooth headphones and speakers with their own apps and all those products work with my phone flawlessly, yet these $200 "audio products of exceptional quality" has made the angriest I've been in a while. Any help please?

I just got my pair a few days ago, mine both worked fine right out the box (android 10 phone) just pairing through the regular bluetooth screen. I haven't fucked with the app or firmware updates because I've read a few horror stories of them bricking one or both earbuds, and from the sounds of it the app is just a glorified equalizer. I gotta say, I really hate the shape. They stick out of my ears pretty far and look bulky. Pushing the physical buttons means I gotta grip the earbud or it'll drive it deeper into my ear canal and hurt. I've tried the smaller tips but I think those are too small because there's zero bass. The sound is quality is decent, I'm no audiophile but I have used dozens of different earbuds and studio headphones over the years (I'm a bedroom producer) ranging from $1 (dollar store lol)-$300 and they're fine imo. All things aside, I paid about $58 for them (sale and cashback thing) so I'm pretty happy with them for that price, but I would never pay $200 for this shit. I know none of this helps you but I would probably look into getting a replacement, yours sound fucked. Good luck!

Hello. So yesterday I bought a pair of the Klipsch T5 II Earbuds. Initially, they worked right out of the box. I was able to pair them to my devices and test them out for about 20 minutes before I got the "low battery" alert. I charged up the case until it was at 100% and then I tossed the earbuds in there to charge. I made sure both buds showed a red light to indicate they were charging and they were in the case overnight because I fell asleep.
Got up today excited to really try these things out and I open the case and the left one indicates it is fully charged as it does not have a red light on it. The right one still has the red light lit up, thought it was kinda strange but whatever. I pulled them out of the case which turns them on and connects them to your device. Only the left one connected and would play. The right one just won't turn on no matter what I do. And it's sat in the case another couple hours with the red light still on as if it's just on a never ending charge.
I tried a few troubleshooting things but the right earbud just won't do a thing. Doesn't turn on, doesn't restart or reset or anything. Kinda strange. Anyone have similar issues? I bought these off a recommendation from a friend because I got sick of the $30 Tozo pair I had always dying after like an hour of playback. These Klipsch advertised a pretty long battery life which I liked and they sounded good when I was able to use them. Now only lefty works and righty is being a weirdo.

I had this happen before. You have to remove the earbud from the case and let it completely die. Then recharge it. Fixed the issue for me.
