The buds ought to automatically enter pairing mode when you remove them from the case (provided they’re charged). A voice will say, “ready to pair,” to announce the mode. If that does not happen, put the buds back and try again. This time press and hold the button on the right earbud for three seconds. Doing so manually forces pairing mode. From there you finish the pairing process like you would any other Bluetooth earbuds.

March 9, 2021 - I bought the first generation of T5 earbuds and was blown away by the sound quality. That was about it though. Tactile buttons on something stuck in your ear sucks. The call quality sucked. The case was huge to fit in a pocket. A few weeks after owning them, they just stopped turning on. I got a replacement from Amazon, and it was the exact same issue, verbatim. Klipsch makes awesome sounding products, but I will be forever skeptical of any wireless product they make.

March 6, 2023 - You do get another three charges in the case for a total of around 20 hours with ANC on or 28 hours with ANC off, and as I mentioned earlier, there’s wireless charging which is nice. There’s IPX4 water resistance, which is actually a downgrade from the T5 II non-ANC model’s IP67. But anyway, it holds up to sweat and the likes, although you’ll probably wanna go for something that sits a bit more securely in the ear if you’re looking for a pair of exercise earbuds. Perhaps something like the Klipsch T5 II True Wireless Sport earbuds instead, with the IP67 rating for both the case and earbuds and that stabilising fin.
