Anybody know how to fix this? Tried manually entering the 20EXTRA code as well and still doesn’t work. Kohls has some items in stock that normal website doesn’t. My rewards account is linked and everything.

Forgot to mention I also tried with multiple different sale items and ones that worked on Sephora’s website. can’t get it to work for anything.
