Rest assured, they will be able to assist you. Customer: The plumber advised me to call you to get a new hose.

The kitchen sink had an Artifacts bridge faucet. It started leaking around the main stem. I sent an inquiry to Kohler customer service inquiring about serviceable parts for the faucet. They sent me back a reply the next day saying they would send me a complete new faucet for no charge.

3 weeks ago - We contacted Kohler to see if they had replacement parts for our 13-year old Kitchen faucet aerator, our Bathroom sink aerator and our Bathtub spout and Shower head aerator. I called the Customer Service number and spoke to a knowledgeable rep (thank you Avery!) and was pleasantly surprised to find Kohler compatible parts and that I did not have to pay for them.
