Since BBB has closed, I'm not really sure where to look. Today I went to the Bay (iffy selection , associates not so knowledgeable). Quilts ETC, pricey but knowledgeable, had some bedding from them before but had problems with duvet bleeding colour when washed as per instructions of the associate. Homesense and Marshall’s alot of mis matches, poor selection of sheets and comforters. Is there some hidden gem I am missing? I just want something luxuriously soft and cool (temperature) to crawl into at the end of the day. I miss the selection and one stop shop of BBB. Budget isn't a concern and looking to turn my bed more into a comfy "luxury hotel" like experience. Plus have an animal and cheap sheets tend to attract hair more than higher end sheets, in my experience.

Wondering about Kotn’s quality as a brand. I’ve heard that their clothes are prone to a lot of shrinkage due to the material being 100% Organic cotton. Has anyone had similar or opposite experiences particularly for their tanks?

I just got their tees, men's "band tee", TONS Of shrinkage. Also causing the fabric to tighten and make it much thicker and as the band tee is already a heavy weight, it gets much too stiff after a wash. And it will not stretch back either. I'm not happy. It makes me think I might be better off with the essentials tee and then getting one size up (even maybe 2), letting it shrink and get "thicker" after the 1st wash. First off, their size guide is off. For the men's band tees, the small on their size guide says 58cm across. I got a black and white after trying it in store, it's 52cm across. I showed KOTN all the issues and they told me it must have been mislabeled. I told them I also tried the XS and it was slightly smaller which means that the XS and the S were both mislabeled? I also tried the Essentials tee in XS and S.. so are those mislabeled too? I asked the sales rep, they told me it might shrink a little. Well after 1 wash, it shrank a crap ton. 49.5cm across. It doesn't fall at all the same way, feels a bit thicker which would make sense if the fibres all shrank. That's a 5% shrinkage. Sleeves shrank some, length remained the same (maybe it was how I dried it?) Washed in cold water. Hang dry. I have a photo but I guess I can't attach it here. This should be indicated in the product description or composition & care on the product page itself, common practice they should pre-shrink it and pre-wash. I'd pay a few $ extra for that Also, if you go in the care guide VS the HELP, it says completely different things. https://kotn.com/about/care says shrink OR expands 1-2% https://kotn.com/help Says only will shrink 3-5% IF you throw it in the dryer. I doubt it will stretch back or stretch out a bit more. I'm definitely going to return, I let the company know about all these discrepancies with photos. I want to get the tee but now I'm not sure if I should go medium or even large so after the wash it will be the actual size I want it to be. If anyone has any measurements to offer for the medium or large band tee after the wash (cold water, hang dry) that would be much appreciated!
