I applied online. The process took 2 months.I interviewed at Kyndryl (Sydney) in Jun 2021 ... Pretty easy, submit CV > phone interview > assessment centre. Very standard stuff for graduate programs as far as they go (group task and panel interview). They gave us donuts and Kyndryl branded socks (random but cool I guess).
