Hi,
I was diagnosed about two months ago, and have been learning to keep track of my labs and make any important notes. I thought of sharing what might be helpful to others. I'm also using 'MyFitnessPal' app to keep track of my diet.
The images below are what my 'labs tracker' spreadsheet looks like, and what my 'notes' look like.

- For the notes, I write down any appointments/lab work/new medication/new pain or discomfort. The days are colour-coded to indicate pain-level (totally subjective :)). I don't think I'll be tracking every single day of my life (that's a bit much), but since I'm fairly new and it's only been a few weeks of starting treatment, this helps me and my doctor understand my progress better.
- For the labs, the reference range is what is reported by LifeLabs (in Canada). The units may be slightly different elsewhere. Edit: The values in red indicate they are out of the reference range.
