Updated Blood Test Tracker Sheet - Helpful Resource
What is the best open source software for lab sample tracking and a job workflow checklist, preferably that can mesh with MS Excel or Access?

Sounds like you just need a table. Not sure why you are asking for help if you know the answer.

Hey,
I had some old version of Peter's blood panel tracker from ages ago but was writing an article on Peter's top 5 blood markers, based on his recent podcast, and decided to create a New Tracker Sheet with the latest information I could find of his recommended ranges to accompany it.
This is much better than one I was using and hope it helps others stay organized as well. For those not used to Google sheet you can go File -> Make a Copy and have your own version or download as Excel or .CSV.
Hope this helps and please let me know if you see any ranges that look suspect
Does any know of, or has made, a spreadsheet to track samples in a laboratory?
I'll only have ~1-200 samples, and so a full-blown LIMS is a little bit of overkill.
