So you really have only a few options, and none of them are exactly what you are looking for. Option 1, get a phone that allows you to plug a headset into it via a 1/8" aux jack and then get a bluetooth adapter for that, like they use for the aux input on a car stereo. https://a.co/d/4B1uasr Here is an example. Option 2, get a new landline phone that has bluetooth built in. The problem with this option is that most of them are designed for the bluetooth to pair the cell phone to the landline phone, not for headsets. Option 3, get a wireless headset made for landline phones. These are rather expensive, and are intended mostly for office phones that have a dedicated rj11 jack just for headsets. If you are needing this because of poor cell service in the home, you might look into using wifi calling on your cell phone, or asking your cell provider for a booster, most of them will loan you one for free for as long as you have their service. As for a direct bluetooth adapter to plug into a landline phone, they really don't exist because it is too complicated a thing to make work properly, as the bluetooth transceiver would need a separate power source, as an rj11(phone jack) doesn't provide enough juice to power it independently. Option 1 above is really the only way you can use your own bluetooth device with a landline phone.

Hey folks,
I need some help to do as the title says. At work I use a Panasonic KX-NT543 analog landline, I want to be able to use a noise cancelling over-ear headset as a mic, but also be able to play audio between calls. I’ve found the Poly Voyager 8200 UC and the description is essentially what I’m looking for.
The issue is that the prehistoric landline in current use does not have Bluetooth capability and the only headset options I’ve seen are one ear boom mic, that connect to a base and won’t allow audio other than the calls.
Is there a general adaptor I can purchase to plug in? Or is the solution to replace the whole phone(hopefully not). I appreciate any suggestions!

There are many others including models from Motorola, at&t, Panasonic and VTech. They can add a variety Bluetooth devices and some allow you to pair your mobile phone to the base as well. Just make sure that his current ear piece can sync with multiple devices. (hosed myself one-time so now I always check for that feature) In general I’d recommend Panasonic since they actually make their phones.
For example I just bought the Panasonic - KX-TGE263S Link2Cell DECT 6.0 from BestBuy for $82.99 for the house while I was validating my thoughts above and checking to see what was out there.
