I bought a laptop for $ 550 from staples
Laptop from Staples
Can Staples help with this stolen laptop?
Ok so what im getting from this is you received them both and had them personally unfortunately there is nothing that I know of that we can do and dell won't be able to either since well you don't have to register computers to use them that is untracked information the only thing would be to file a police report saying someone stole the laptop from you although if they did register it there might be a chance to track it if they didn't just decide to sell it unopened

I see it all the time. The problem usually is going to have something to do with the health of their battery. Similarly, if the graphics controller on their motherboard is taking a shit, it'll present similar issues.
Could also be a bad connection between the motherboard and the display ribbon.

Should I return this laptop? My current laptop has blue screen issues but this stopped recently. Not sure if it would continue having issues, hence I'm still holding onto my 16 gb ram, 16 in laptop i7 Lenovo from staples. I got it from Black Friday Sale so if I return it and my current laptop has issues, I would have to buy a new laptop that would cost a lot more than $580 (not 550*)
Specs of lenovo laptop: Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 16IRL8 16" Laptop, Intel Core i7-1355U, 16GB Memory, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 (82XF002DUS) for 580 out the door (staples)
The laptop is from Staples. Can anyone tell me how the sale amount is so high, and how do I know it is a brand-new, genuine laptop?
