If you're in the US . You could easily get a laptop with a 2050 or even 30 for that much. More than enough for your gaming needs. I have an msi 2050 and it runs elden ring pretty great on medium settings

What’s the best windows laptop I could get from Best Buy / Amazon for under $400 ?
I wouldn’t be gaming or anything. As long as it won’t freeze on me if I have 2 windows open that should be fine.
Will primarily be using it to send emails, Microsoft Teams, & run sales focused software ie a power dialer & and other stuff
