How long do walkway pavers last?
What should I clean my walkway pavers with?
Should I seal my walkway pavers?

Hello concrete geniuses! I, a lowly homeowner, will be DIYing (likely by myself with no help) a large format paver walkway with poured/placed concrete. I know hiring a finisher would get me better results, but its not in the cards right now.
Here is the formwork I've already completed. I put a few inches of compacted 3/4 minus in as well, but not pictured here.
Most steppers are 18x36 with some L-shaped corners to funk it up a bit. Most the pavers are 18x36 and will require about 1.5 ft3 (0.04 m3) per step. Total job about 1.5 yd3 (1.15 m3).
Is this a good project for bagged mix w/ an electric mixer? Would take about (3) 60lb bags per step. Maybe a fiber-reinforced mix? Or add some wire mesh to each step?
Getting a mobile mix would be better/easier, I'm sure. But, again, no help, and I'm nervous about being able to do the whole thing at once by myself.
Thinking I could do it in 3 sections in 3 days. Also, I was thinking about going for a sand finish using some sort of retarder that I could power wash off the following day, but will skip that and do a broom finish if you all tell me that I'm asking for trouble.
Do ya'll have any words of wisdom for me?
We have a week of lows in the 20s forecasted here right now, so think I'll wait until early March to do this when I know we'll stay above freezing.
