Need help finding a backpack that doubles nicely as a diaper bag
Backpack diaper bag
Buy an outdoorsy backpack (I have a Patagonia one) and buy one of these Skip Hop Diaper Changing Stations to stick into it.
My Patagonia backpack is super durable, water resistant, and well made. I throw it on the ground at the park without a second thought and it still looks brand new.
The diaper changing station thing from skip hop holds some diapers, wipes, and diaper cream. Plus it’s nice to have to change a baby on a variety of usually not so clean surfaces.

We use this one and I LOVE it. I can stuff so much shit in it and it clips onto the stroller and grocery carts. It's a little bulky but the only time that mattered was on the plane but I still was able to shove it under the seat in front of me. I'm really glad we went with this bag instead of the tote I was looking at before though.

My wife and I are expecting a baby in July, and I refuse to purchase a dedicated diaper bag that would be obsolete once the kid can use the bathroom on his own. I thought the Patagonia Black Hole Mini MLC would be perfect -- right volume, multiple carry options, and lots of zippered interior pockets for organizing all the baby goods. The only problem is that it doesn't meet my wife's style benchmark. I also liked the Mission Workshop Rhake but that was vetoed on style as well.
She likes the Filson Dryden backpack a lot, but it doesn't have the interior organization that I'd prefer. I'm hoping this forum has ideas on bags that have the Filson look and also has more interior organization than your average backpack and multiple carry options that I like on the Black Hole MLC. I have backpacks/bags from Patagonia, Kletterwerks, Osprey, Tanner Goods, Wood and Faulk, Topo Designs, and Filson but I haven't seen anything from those companies like what I'm describing. Help!
