There's a good amount available, but most are not great. Kim Son : The only Vietnamese buffet in town. Maybe in America. Chama Gaucha : A really nice cold foods buffet spread. The same applies for Casa Do Brazil . E-Star : Semi-new Asian buffet. Umi Premium Seafood : An even newer buffet with all kinds of premium seafood. It's overpriced and the service is trash. TJ Filipino Cuisine : One of the (slightly better) Filipino buffets in town. There is Filipiniana and Godo's but they're really not destination worthy. Pinoy is slightly better IMHO. Taste of Caribbean : The only Caribbean buffet in town that I know of. Feast Buffet : This is the most massive buffet I've seen, and then there is the even-worse Hibachi . Dimassi's : Yes, it's a chain in Texas. It's also pretty solid. Namaste Curry & Mo:Mo : Super new Indian buffet. It's not better than Nirvana which has dinner buffet on Mondays and Tuesdays. Noon Mirch is still the ultimate Indian buffet overall. Kirin II : Not a great buffet and is even a little small, but they have sashimi and some rolls. 75 BBQ and Hot Pot : BBQ and Hot Pot. The same setup for KPOT and Volcano Miss Flower Hotpot : Is exclusively Chinese hot pot. MaLuBianBian , Happy Lamb , Go Shabu , Chiba , Shabu Town , Liuyishou Hot Pot , and Shabu Squared . Kim Shabu : Korean seafood hot pot. Dookki : You listed this earlier, but I'm listing it again for anyone else who hasn't seen it. All you can eat tteokkboki Trendy Vegan : Vegans gotta eat too. Pancho's Mexican Buffet: Go at your own risk. You've been warned. Mom's Country Kitchen : American country breakfast (lunch) buffet. Weekend Mexican Brunch Buffet at Hugo's , Xochi , and Caracol -- just go to all three. It's expensive and only on the weekend but what a treat. Hope this helps you on your buffet journey! I love love love Caracol brunch buffet. I think its only either on the weekend or Sunday, but I've always left super full and super happy liking almost every dish they have available. They usually have oyster or clam available too which is a big selling point for most people. It's Mexican, and man one time they had this out of this world pozole, I had to eat 3 bowls!
