I've used LastPass since 2011. Paid user. I use it multiple times a day. It's always worked well for me.
I tried to login today via my phone, and could not get in. Checked the password was correct (of course) and tried again. Didn't work.
I then tried on my laptop via several browsers. Didn't work.
Tried offline login on both devices. Didn't work.
I don't have a password hint, because I know my master password like my phone number.
The only notable interaction with LastPass recently, is that my renewal payment went through last week.
I'm very confused and out of ideas. I want to avoid resetting the account, as there are notes and other items that are irreplaceable. Has anyone else had similar issues. Any suggestions?
UPDATE: Situation resolved. But I'm far from happy.
I just got a new iPhone 12 and my Lastpass app login (via email + master pass) is not working, it's acting like the password is wrong. I tried it in my browser and it worked fine. I changed my master password and tried it again on my iPhone app and it still didn't work. I also tried uninstalling/reinstalling and still no luck. I'm not sure now what next step to take, is this a known issue?
Edit: Thanks for the help everyone, I didn't change anything and it just started working today. Not sure what happened but it's all good now.
