I've been a LP user since back before way when they bought Xmarks. Through all the ups and downs, its been reliable for me on phones, tablets, computers. Windows, iOS, Android. Across IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
WTF are they thinking with this insane, backwards thinking new limitation that NO OTHER COMPETITOR, is doing? That everyone is just magically going to switch to becoming a Premium user (and, btw, I was a Premium user back when the pricing was reasonable, I was very happy to pay $12/year!).
Terrible decision. So disappointed. I just cant believe that I'm essentially being driven to another option. BitWarden, here I come.

When I got the email I figured I'd have to upgrade to the $12/year option and was fine with that. $27 is too rich for my blood...when other options are available for free. If it was $12 I would have paid it. I'm not a business person, but $12 > $0 (which is what they will get from me now). How long until LassPass is no longer? I'll give them a few years tops.

Do yourself a favor and get Bitwarden, it works in pretty much exact same way, except there are no paywalls. just extra features if you want for $10 a year.
