Nope, not supported. Windows 10 Pro and Up. If you won't use the host for anything else other than virtualization, Hyper-V Server and Windows Admin Center are both free, no licensing needed. Just install WAC on top of Hyper-V server. You can then connect via a Web Browser to the machine. More on reddit.com
