I had a horrible experience with Lawn Love. I had used them in the past, and they did an okay job, but not bad enough to complain. But this time, they sent a pro out to mow my lawn a week after the scheduled date.

I've made every one of my jobs on time and it still keeps dropping my completion percentage! support says there's nothing they can do and it pi$&#$ me off as I strive to keep a good standing to my customers. maybe lawn love should try to do the same.

October 5, 2025 - I relocated from New Orleans,LA to Pensacola,FL and my house in LA is on the market, due to the current market condition the house is not yet sold and i needed someone to take care of my lawn since i didn't find anyone i used to travel to LA every alternate week for lawn mowing that's when i came across Lawn Love, the reviews didn't look great however the price seemed right and payments can be mad online that helped but still i was not sure about the quality of work particularly when no one is at home but based on my experience for last 4 weeks i am really impressed with the quality of work and hope the same quality will be maintained going forward.

Just signed up in Oklahoma as a contractor with Lawnlove. The process to get signed up seems legit and all but I have read of multiple negative reviews with customer service. Either they promise a certain day for cuts and no one shows up or they charge a customers cc and days later, the lawn is still not cut.

If you want dreadful landscaping done at your house then hire Lawn Love! ... Honestly, this company is a scam. They hire low-level, awful workers to do the lawn. I left town, entrusting my lawn to this company, for months.

Subscribed to Lawn Love in the Spring of 2022. No problems until the end of August. At that point, yes, problems. Texts and emails kept promising a crew would come, but then no-show. I was told the same on phone calls. It's a been a month now since a crew arrived, and my lawn looks like a jungle.

January 6, 2017 - I've used Lawn Love for about 4 months now. I signed up for bi-monthly lawn care service. My assigned professional, Damon Wooley, consistently does a great job. I love how my lawn looks after he's finished. In terms of the administration, everything is done online via their portal.
