Do all-clad or le creuset cookware sets go on sale?
Check out the All Clad online factory sale. homeandcooksales.com (no sale live presently) and get on their mailing list. Also Amazon Warehouse occasionally has pans people have returned/open box.
We have the All Clad 13" French skillet and use it daily, it's a dream. Also a 3 qt pot and a 10" skillet which get regular use. I didn't think there would be a big difference from previous Kitchenaid pans we had, but it was huge.
I don't recommend stainless from Le Creuset - they're more for stoneware/bakeware in my book. But, Le Creuset has outlets at many outlet malls, check your nearest one.
More on reddit.comWhat are your thoughts on Costco's 157-piece Le Creuset set for $4,500? Is it worth it? (article in comments)
Personally this isn’t worth it one bit. There are only 4 enameled cast iron pieces here and the rest I can buy from the outlet/Homegoods/TJ Maxx/Marshalls for a steep discount.
I prefer All Clad for stainless steel and am split on LC/Emile Henry for stoneware. EH is still made entirely in France too.
Overall nah, not a good deal at all.
Edit: I see the roaster is ECI. Still not worth it.
