Im just a weekend DIY guy and have been following this group for a while. A lot of suggestions are only available in the US and I’m tired of buying products for my leather seats that leave them with a greasy sheen. Does anyone have any experience with products that are easy to find in Canada, particularly Canadian Tire? I’ve tried McGuires, AmourAll, Simoniz, the next product to try would be Chemical guys but I don’t want to waste anymore money on this stuff. Don’t hate on me too hard I just want simplicity and ease of access.

I'm in Canada also, happy to help with any product recommendations. Order from Carzilla. I am probably their #1 customer lol. Canadian Tire carries some Adams and Turtle Wax products that are decent, pretty well everything else they have is garbage and a total waste of money. What are you looking to get?

Hey all,
I'm a little late to the party but apparently this year, Canada decided to shut down personal use Leather Dyes and companies won't sell to you unless you have a business.
Has any Canadian shipped their dye to a US border town, crossed over and return without any issues from the Canadian Border Agents?

(This wasn’t your question but) My understanding is that it’s just “pro” dyes that were banned, but that water based dyes are still available, so it may be worth trying to get the results you want from those.

So I have both a leather motorcycle seat and some leather car seats I'd like to protect by adding treatment to them.
