Does it make any difference when doing makeup with a mirror with lights?

I use simplehuman 8 inch mirror. As lazy as it sounds, I just love the feature of it turning on and off by itself. The magnifying is the perfect amount and you have the option of switching from candlelight to daylight. Only con being that it runs out of battery pretty quick and takes about 8 hours to fully charge.

Hi, all! I’ve been debating on purchasing a vanity mirror with lights. I’ve never owned one or done my makeup using one, so I have some questions 💗
Does it really alter how your makeup turns out after vs with a regular mirror? Does having a mirror with lights show any inconsistencies that a normal mirror doesn’t show? Do you tend to overdo makeup (too much blush/bronzer) when using one with lights and underdo when using a normal mirror?
If you do highly recommend it, leave some suggestions. 💗
