What’s unique about a left-handed keyboard?
Specially designed to increase comfort for left-handed people, left-handed keyboards feature the number keypad on the left-hand side, freeing up space for the user to have their mouse arm in a more comfortable and natural position.
Why would I need a left-handed computer keyboard?
You may have already adapted to using a traditional right-handed keyboard, however some left-handed users who particularly favour their left-hand may experience overreaching and uncomfortable positioning when needing to use number keypads or certain parts of the keyboard. This can contribute to hand, wrist and arm pain, RSI and other issues with the upper limbs.
A left-handed keyboard will help allow for a more natural position of your left-hand, improved productivity as well as advanced speed of typing and keyboard use.

I'm a video editor and would love to know of any bluetooth recommendations for left handed keyboards that are comfortable and less big than my garbage Logitech right handed keyboard.
I want to switch to lefty so that I can use the number pad w the left hand for hotkeys which are mapped differently than the top. Are there any keyboards that also have the f1-f12 blocked in islands and not a row on top of the number? I like having hotkeys for everything.
also is there any way to add double tap functionality to keys in specific software. I use davinci resolve
