It seems as if Lenovo has removed the firmware for the USB-C Gen 2 dock. https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/gb/en/accessories/acc500106

The support page is still up, however scrolling down to Drivers and Software, and then clicking the firmware button provides the following link:

http://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/downloads/DS539092

This redirects to a page not found.

Is anyone aware of where to find the firmware for the dock? This is pretty frustrating!

I have a thinkpad lenovo intel core i7 vPro 8th gen laptop that is not connecting to a docking station (ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 dock Gen 2). Both monitors are blank and using display port cable for both monitors.

The weird thing is sometimes both can be connected successfully but majority of the time it doesn't.

Does anyone might know what the issue is???

I am in the same boat. If I shutdown my computer and then plug in to the doc it will work after a few minutes. Anyone have a long term solution?
