So I got this laptop when it was on sale and I have to say, after upgrading the SSD and the RAM, it is a sweet laptop that has played all games I have thrown at it. The only gripe is that the batter keeps draining after playing the more intensive games.
Then last week I noticed that the battery was no longer charging. The 135W adapter that came with it stopped working so I had to get a generic charger for now. Can someone provide a link to where I can buy the 170W (recommended) power adapter for it instead? I want to ensure I get the correct one. Thanks!

Have no idea but I have the 2022 model of this. Any tips for proper settings and all to get the most out of it. (New ram and ssd is on its way so I’d have it upgraded sometime next week). For instance, I only found out I had to turn on performance mode in vantage to stop experiencing frame drops in GTA V lol. I’m probably missing other things, I’d appreciate any tips.

For more context, my laptop does have a USB-C 3.2 port. However, I've heard that you need a specific voltage in order to charge specific devices (in this case, 20 ± 2 V for laptops and 5V for phones). On the other hand, other people have also told me that I could just pluck the USB-C cable in and it'll work so me with my little brain is pretty confused. Thank you for reading!

USBC power delivery is a standard. So long as the adapter delivers the 65W within the spec required by the particular charge controller in your laptop, AND the laptop doesn't require more, say 90-100W, it should work just fine!
