Also for the same price (as the 3050 ideapad), you can get the Dell G15 (on flipkart, it costs 85k on Amazon for whatever reason) and it's a much better laptop in almost every way. Same gpu (but with a higher tdp), better battery, ~equal cpu, better cooling and at least in India, much better after sale service. So, the above 2 models have caught my eye, and I wanna know which of the two would give more performance. I will be gaming and multitasking, running VMs and such.
One has i5 11th gen with GTX 3050, the other one has Ryzen 7 5800h with GTX 1650.
Any suggestions?

The 11th gen on that Ideapad is an i5-11300, which means it's a quad core. It's going to limit the multitasking and heavy performance of the laptop in terms and bottleneck the GPU when you're doing something else alongside gaming (like streaming your gameplay for instance). I'd suggest go for the Ryzen and just lower the game settings, or choose a different brand. The Asus TUF F15 has a version with an i5-11400 (6 core) with 3050. Not sure in your country, but in mine it's around the same price as the Ideapad with a 3050.
