I found a X1 Yoga (used) for $300 in a local shop, I will be enrolling in university this year and studying Electronics Engineering and I am in need of a laptop right now, will it be good enough or is it outdated? I really like the included stylus and the high resolution screen, also the 360 convertible screen. Only thing I am worried about is if it is too outdated and old to run some of the programs my school would want me to use.

Please avoid it at all costs,the power button in gonna cave in like a poorly regulated coal mine. For engineering, consider the T14 AMD variant/P series workstations instead, which I'm pretty sure you'll find within the same budget.
