Hi everybody Years ago (maybe 10-12 years?) I've bought a Levi's 512 "Bootcut", which fits perfectly and which I like very much. Now, I've wanted to buy this model again, but a 512 is now a "slim fit". Why is the same model number a completely different style now? Why? Which current model would be equivalent? I've owned 508s, 522s, 510s, 511s, and the 512s are my favorite pair of jeans. They have a smaller leg opening than the current 510s so it definitely has a nice taper. For reference I'm 5'11" about 160 lbs. Hope that helps. More on reddit.com
