Should I get the 48" or 55" LG C2 OLED? Concerned the 48 inch has no EX panel
How viable is a 48 inch LG C2 for competitive gaming?
Spotted this yesterday at Costco LG c2 48" for $500
LG C2 42 or 48 inch
I have a C1 48 and I will definitely switch to LG C2 42 just because I want better PPI and since I had 48 for a year it is time to switch. I like everything about LG C1 except the size
Edit
If you would like to watch TV then go bigger.

Hello everyone, Best Buy will be letting me choose a new TV since they are giving me free exchange due to issues with my CX they can't resolve. Thinking of buying an LG C2. I am used to the 48CX, so the 48C2 is a safe bet, however, I've heard the 48 inch does NOT have the new EX panel. I'm worried of missing out on brightness and color volume with the 48 inch vs if I got the 55 inch. Anyone know about this? I can def make 55 inch work in my room. I think I sit around 4 or 5 feet from it. I can move my desk back if 55 is too big honestly. I won't have to pay out of pocket or anything for the 55 inch. The store credit should be 1500... meaning I can still get a 55C2 and have money left to spare for a 5 year warranty or even Xbox cards if I want! If I get the 48 inch, I may have hundreds left over for Xbox cards, so that's A LOT of games I can probably buy! Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated! Very excited about this lol
Edit - I'm waiting for the email right now for my store credit, which will be $1562. The amazing thing is I can keep my CX. They won't take it away lol. I can't even believe that! So wonderful. I think what I'm gonna do is try to get Best Buy to price match the 55 G2 to $1400 since this other website has it being sold that cheap brand new. I'd be so happy to get the G2, even though the C2 is still fantastic.
Seeing as the refresh rate is limited to 120hz and considering the screen size, is this display still viable for competitive gaming?
