One of my best friends is getting married and, since I am not very fashionable, I am looking for some inspiration from all of you amazing people! The wedding will be at City Hall and I will be one of six people present, including the bride and groom. I will probably be the only bridesmaid/only person wearing a dress at the wedding besides the bride.

The bride is much artsier than I am and will be wearing a beautiful light green chiffon ballgown with rhinestones and a headband made of dark green leaves. Taking great pictures is important to her and she is going for a "forest" look. She initially joked that I should wear white since she isn't going to, but I said I didn't think that would be a good idea if I was the only bridesmaid, so she suggested I maybe wear a different lightish color (but she is very relaxed and pretty open to suggestions if you all have other ideas).

I am plus size, and tend to look best in ballroom or A-line silhouettes with V-necklines that are a V but not a deep V, if you know what I mean. I've loved some of the suggestions I've seen on other posts, so was just curious what people in this group might think would look decent on me and also highlight a light green bride!
