I've recently got my old iphone 7 out of a drawer and i want to use it in my car. I've got an Alpine head unit that only has the old 30 pin connector, i already have the official apple adapter to convert it to lightning and it works perfectly.

The thing is that due to how i originally wired the ipod adapter (it's a whole specific box i put under the dashboard) the cable to plug my devices goes under the center tray and ends up in the armrest. That's no issue when i was using my iPod classic, but now, i really want to be able to get the iPhone on my phone holder.

So, i tried to look for male to female lightning extension cable, and found none that seemed decent (only chinese crap pops up in search results). Does anybody know where i could find one of those?
