In the Email domains to block field, enter the domains you want to block. Each domain should be separated by commas. Enter only the root domain without the www prefix or @ symbol. For example, enter gmail.com, not www.gmail.com or @gmail.com. To block HubSpot's default list of free domains, select the Block free email providers checkbox.

I'm creating an anti-spam policy in Microsoft 365. I understand that the policy will detect spam, phishing, and bulk emails but there's also an option to completely block specific domains and senders.

Do you typically start off without blocking any domains or senders and then add them over time, or is there a list somewhere of domains and senders that are recommended to block immediately?

It'd be out of date by the time you upload it. Blacklisting is a terrible way to handle email filtering.

Use the new FormsPlus::EmailPattern JS. You can see a demo here: MktoForms2 :: FormsPlus-EmailPattern [simple demo] Download the JS library from the CodePen HTML pane (direct download link here) and re-host it in your Design Studio. Then add the code from the CodePen JS pane anywhere after your form embed. Add blockable domains to the invalidDomains array. It accepts 3 different formats: [email protected] - matches one specific email address example.com - matches all mailboxes @ that domain mailbox@ - blocks that mailbox @ any domain (actually it does even more cool stuff but I haven't had time to document it yet!)
