r/youtube on Reddit: Live streaming from mobile
November 22, 2022 -
So I am currently trying to be able to livestream from an iPad (for sporting events). I have met the requirements of 50 subscribers, no restrictions, and verified my account. Every time I try to go live, it tells me that my account does not have the minimum requirements. I have seen that you need 1000 for mobile streaming but whenever I click “learn more”, it takes me to a link that says I only need 50 subscribers. So I am very confused but YouTube is the solution I would like to use since you can rewind during the livestream.
Here is the link to the requirements that says 50 subscribers needed: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/9228390?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&oco=0
