I applied on PayPal last week. Yesterday I got the email to create an account on the portal, and this morning got a "Documents required to process..." email. I created my account on the portal, but when I log in, it tries to load the "summary" page, then after a few seconds just shows a blank page.
I've messaged support about the issue, but in the meantime was wondering if anyone else encountered this, and how you solved it.

Don't use the link they sent you. Type in the LoanBuilder web address manually, then log in from there. The links they send are broken for some reason. Here is the link: https://my.loanbuilder.com/us/login

Did you put in a new application? If so, they might have merged your old account with your new one. That happened to me. Try logging in with the latest app login info. If it doesn't work, try a password reset.

I received a letter in the mail from LoanBuilder (PayPal) offering me a loan for my small business-- except I don't have a small business! Normally I would ignore stuff like this as just usual junk mail, but the letter was addressed to an actual business name (alongside my real name and my address) that was supposedly the name of my business.
I've never heard of this business before and Googling it does not come up with a single search result.
Is this something I should be concerned about...? I check my credit reports annually and there was nothing fishy there.

Check your credit report using a reliable credit service. Chance are, someone has started a small company and registered it at an address you have been affiliated with. Someone probably scraped these records and used them to reach out blindly. But, double-check your credit just to be sure.

Examine the email address or website information and then contact PayPal to ask more questions to determine if the offer you received is legitimate. Some companies can mimic the PayPal logo to make it appear that the message came from PayPal but in fact it actually didn't. If the website doesn't begin with https:// it may not be legitimate.
