Hardware-wise they're the same camera, except the C920s comes with a privacy cover. Otherwise the sensor, microphone, supported resolutions and video/colour formats, etc. are the same. On the driver side the C920 by default installs a Logitech driver instead of being treated as a standard UVC webcam, while the C920S is detected by your OS as a standard UVC webcam by default.

It looks like the same model as the base except it comes with an XSplit license? Logitech doesn't have a page for it so I assume that's the only difference, but honestly I can't say for sure since I ordered it and it's still backordered, lol.
