Ive had my Logitech headset for a couple of days now and i get like static sound every now and then like something is interfering with the headset. My old headset which is a different brand and also wireless did not have this problem.
So my question is, what is causing this? Common problem? Is there a something i can do to fix this?
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick fix I found for a frustrating issue I was having with my G733 wireless headset, almost sent it back after 18 months with no trouble. They kept randomly disconnecting and reconnecting out of nowhere and I couldn't figure out why. After a fuckton of troubleshooting, I discovered that the problem was actually caused by a USB 3.0 hub cable plugged into the port next to the USB dongle for my headset (mobo ports).
Apparently, when data was being transferred through that USB 3.0 cable, it was causing interference in the 2.4 GHz band that the headset operates, messing even with the 2.4GHz mouse i had connected at the hub.
I removed the USB 3.0 hub cable from the port, and voila, the connection issues disappeared immediately from both devices.
I made this post for the people that will be looking google/reddit like crazy when that happens to 'em, hope this helps someone else out there!
TLDR: If you're experiencing similar problems with your G733 headset, check to see if there are any USB 3.0 devices or cables plugged in near the dongle. Removing them might just magically solve your connectivity issues.
PS: Power delivery is different in USB 2.0 than 3.0 so if you connect the dongle in a 2.0 port i'll work but you'll lose half the range for the headset.

I had been enjoying my G733 headphones for the last few days. Tonight they stopped working. This may be related to a Windows Update as I mentioned in my other post here but I am posting this separately in case it is a separate issue or other people are searching for the headphones specifically.
The headphones are shown in G HUB but they are faded into the background and say "Not connected".
The icon for them in G Hub disappears if unplug the wireless receiver.
Nothing changes if I connect or disconnect the USB C charging cable from the headphones.
The headphones themselves are stuck cycling the RGB lights in different colors.
The power button will not turn them on or off or give the battery status.
I tried holding down the power button and even holding the power and mic mute button to see if that might be a hardware reset option, but nothing happens.
I guess I will just leave them cycling the lights until the battery dies unless there is a way to reset them?
I recently had problems with my g733, it works normally while wireless, but when I try to charge it with the usb cable, the battery level in the ghub suddenly rises to 86% and remains fixed at that value, and if I try to use it while charging it starts to make the wind disconnection noise and become inactive randomly like every 5-10 seconds, I've already tried reinstalling the ghub, resetting the headset to factory settings but nothing seems to work, If anyone has been through something similar, help would be greatly appreciated, thx everyone, here`s a video of what happens, Jump to 0:34 to see it happening (sorry for bad cable managment lol)
My Logitech g733 stopped turning on and charging after turning them off for 20 min or so. The usb gets connected but the headset won't work. Any way to fix this?

Fixed, took off the left earmuff and hit the reset button.
I'm having the same problem but it's making a constant popping like 1.. 2.. 3... silence.
The reset on the left cup isn't working, and plugging it in just turns the lights green, they pulse... then turn off straight away.
Think mines dead. :/
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue with my Logitech G733 headset and I’m hoping someone here might have an idea or has experienced something similar.
Every five minutes I get a loud distortion/crackling noise in the headset. The only way to stop it is to turn the headset off and back on again. After that it works normally for a few minutes… until the same noise comes back again. This loop just keeps repeating.
I contacted Logitech support and received a replacement unit, but the replacement has exactly the same issue.
I recorded the noise and can share the audio here if it helps. The music in the background of the recording is copyright-free and taken from YouTube’s free audio library.
Has anyone dealt with this before or knows what might be causing it? Any help is appreciated!
Hey guys,
My G733 has recently stopped working. The Windows settings say that the input and output works but I cant hear anything over the speakers.
I have tried to restart my computer, update Ghub and instal the latest drivers and it still doesn't work. I read that you can reset it by pressing in the little hole on the dongle and on the headset but I couldn't find any little holes on the Speakers.
I would be really thankful if you could help me.
Yesterday, GHUB had an update and my sound went all weird in my headset, my settings haven't changed or anything. Today, I had to reinstall the software because my sound was gone all together and now GHUB won't recognise my headset.
Can someone help?
