just receive this headset today, everything except for the mic works fine, the mic either gets muted or it just doesn't pick any audio at times, was searching and i've seen that other people have the same issue, has anyone found a solution to this problem? or does anybody know how to fix it?

Wow, those replies you got are sad! I am having the same problem with mine on PS4. It's like there is some kind of noise cancelling attempt being made when I only speak a word or 2, and nothing gets transmitted thru the mic. I think I may have to return mine, which sucks because I otherwise love it. Works great on PC and is so lightweight and comfortable.

Ces écouteurs ont quelques points forts comme les basses, et un son globalement correct. Les principales préoccupations seraient la qualité de fabrication, la latence sans fil, l’isolation phonique/fuite et le prix. Personnellement, je me vois certainement trouver une meilleure paire, surtout dans cette gamme de prix. Ils ont cependant un très bon son, donc si ces choses ne vous inquiètent pas, ils fonctionneront. Surtout avec la qualité de fabrication, ne les jetez pas ou quoi que ce soit et tout ira bien. L'utilisation principale de ceux-ci serait probablement pour regarder des films, de meilleures options de jeu étant disponibles.
