Ive had my Logitech headset for a couple of days now and i get like static sound every now and then like something is interfering with the headset. My old headset which is a different brand and also wireless did not have this problem.
So my question is, what is causing this? Common problem? Is there a something i can do to fix this?

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share a quick fix I found for a frustrating issue I was having with my G733 wireless headset, almost sent it back after 18 months with no trouble. They kept randomly disconnecting and reconnecting out of nowhere and I couldn't figure out why. After a fuckton of troubleshooting, I discovered that the problem was actually caused by a USB 3.0 hub cable plugged into the port next to the USB dongle for my headset (mobo ports).
Apparently, when data was being transferred through that USB 3.0 cable, it was causing interference in the 2.4 GHz band that the headset operates, messing even with the 2.4GHz mouse i had connected at the hub.
I removed the USB 3.0 hub cable from the port, and voila, the connection issues disappeared immediately from both devices.
I made this post for the people that will be looking google/reddit like crazy when that happens to 'em, hope this helps someone else out there!
TLDR: If you're experiencing similar problems with your G733 headset, check to see if there are any USB 3.0 devices or cables plugged in near the dongle. Removing them might just magically solve your connectivity issues.
PS: Power delivery is different in USB 2.0 than 3.0 so if you connect the dongle in a 2.0 port i'll work but you'll lose half the range for the headset.

I had been enjoying my G733 headphones for the last few days. Tonight they stopped working. This may be related to a Windows Update as I mentioned in my other post here but I am posting this separately in case it is a separate issue or other people are searching for the headphones specifically.
The headphones are shown in G HUB but they are faded into the background and say "Not connected".
The icon for them in G Hub disappears if unplug the wireless receiver.
Nothing changes if I connect or disconnect the USB C charging cable from the headphones.
The headphones themselves are stuck cycling the RGB lights in different colors.
The power button will not turn them on or off or give the battery status.
I tried holding down the power button and even holding the power and mic mute button to see if that might be a hardware reset option, but nothing happens.
I guess I will just leave them cycling the lights until the battery dies unless there is a way to reset them?
