Hey ButtMuncher2014,
Please follow the below mentioned.
Check if the headset is detected in device manager.
Check if the headset is selected as default device under "Sound Properties" (right click speaker icon and select "Playback Devices").
Plug the USB cable into a different USB port.
Avoid using KVM Switches, Port Replicators, and USB Hubs.
Limit the use of USB 3.0 ports.
Try the headset on another computer and see how it goes.
Try using another 3.5mm jack and test on different devices.

Logitech G pro X wired headset static noise problem
Hi u/Ryuunosuke7,
Try the following and check if this helps:
-
Is the issue happening on both 3.5mm/USB connection?
-
Try different USB ports.
-
Make sure that sound balance is set at 0 in Windows sound settings and Playback device.
-
Use the adapter on a different USB port.
-
Reinstall G HUB using administrator rights.
-
Update the device's firmware:
• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
• If a firmware update is available, a Blue """"Update"""" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen -
Reconnect headset.
-
Connect with a USB and 3.5mm cable.
-
Uninstall and re-install headset drivers from Device Manager.
-
Try on another computer.
