I can't get my MacBook to recognize this Logitech keyboard via Bluetooth. I tried all the recommended steps and I'm going nuts. What should I do? Here's my set up:
How do I pair my new Logitech keyboard to… - Apple Community
how do I put a Logitech K380 keyboard in pairing mode? | AppleVis
How do I connect a wireless keyboard that has no Bluetooth button?
Videos
Everything on the keyboard is Japanese By sort of reading the back if I turn it on and press fn and del it makes it light up and if I press fn and use the up and down keys i can change the brightness of the keyboard but I want to know how I can connect it to my laptop
Press and hold one of the 3 Bluetooth connection keys till it flashes repidely
PC show MX Mini wants to connect, so I click on it
Prompted to enter 6 digit pin, so I enter pin and press <enter>
Get response "That PIN didn't work please try again"
So I have a Logitech K830 keyboard that supports communication over both Unifying receiver and Bluetooth 4.0. Due to extreme lag in using the unifying receiver, I want to use it with Bluetooth.
Using Windows 10, I'm trying to pair the keyboard to the machine but fail to do so. I:
Boot up the keyboard
Press Fn+Delete to activate Bluetooth discovery
Open the Bluetooth settings in Windows 10 where it sees the keyboard as K830
Click pair
This is where my issue is. Windows opens up a dialogue with a 6 digit pin (random each time) and I'm supposed to enter it followed by Enter on the wireless keyboard. Entering the pin and enter on the keyboard does absolutely nothing. After a timeout, the pairing fails.
I thought I had an issue with the keyboard, so I figured I'd try pairing it with my Macbook. It took 2 seconds and works flawlessly, so I figure it's not an issue with the actual keyboard.
I don't know how to proceed. I've verified that my computer supports BT 4.0 (and it does show up in pairing), and I've updated the drivers to the latest available version.
Hey everyone,
I’m new to this community as I just upgraded my MacBook Pro 2015 model to the Mac Mini M4 24 GB. I have the Logitech keyboard and mouse, so it hadn’t crossed my mind that there’s no keyboard or trackpad included lol but i was finally able to get it working.
It took me hours to figure out how to connect my battery powered keyboard to the Mac mini and online everyone was saying you need a wired keyboard or one with a usb c receiver.
To help others in a similar spot, here’s the steps you have to take:
Once the m4 Mac mini is turned on, press the power button 3 times until it says to turn the keyboard to Bluetooth pairing mode
Then enter the numbers it shows on your screen using your keyboard and press return
if it’s still asking you to enter the numbers, connect your mouse to the Mac mini and it should resolve it.
It took me some time to figure out so in case it helps anyone else, I made a YouTube video showing the steps I took too:

None of the 3 bluetooth buttons works, like the light indicator won’t turn on nor blink. Any help would be appreciated!
Hello there! I just picked up this K330 keyboard from a secondhand store. Looks to be in very good condition (see pictures). When I looked it up, I misread that it could be connected via Bluetooth and bought it (yeah, silly mistake). The keys still sound good, nothing sticks, so I figured this could be a good back up keyboard if my current one breaks. I had no way of testing it in the store, but it was cheap enough to get.
It didn’t have a box, so I only have the keyboard itself (no accessories). It uses 2 AAA batteries so I switched out the old ones that the previous owner had left for brand new ones. Looking online, it looks like this K330 was part of a keyboard-and-mouse duo that paired wirelessly with a USB receiver. Without the original receiver, I will need a Unifying receiver but when I checked the back of the keyboard for the orange “star” symbol, it’s gray and no “K330” label (see last picture). I’m assuming I should still be able to pair it with a Unifying receiver, but I figured I’d ask on here before spending the money. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
