I can't get my MacBook to recognize this Logitech keyboard via Bluetooth. I tried all the recommended steps and I'm going nuts. What should I do? Here's my set up:

Hi Rafi,
I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.
I understand your frustration. It seems like a connection issue, which can happen due to various reasons. Firstly, ensure that your keyboard has sufficient battery power and avoid using it on metal surfaces as it can interfere with the signal. Additionally, check for any radio frequency interference from other wireless devices such as speakers, power supplies, monitors, or cellphones.
If you have already ruled out these possibilities and the issue persists, you can try the following steps to resolve it:
> Press the Windows + I key to open the Settings app.
> Click on "Bluetooth & devices".
> Select "Add device" and then click on Bluetooth.
> On your Logitech K380 keyboard, long-press the desired F-key (F1, F2, or F3) until the LED on top of it starts blinking. This indicates that the keyboard is ready to pair with a Bluetooth device, which in this case is your Windows 11 computer.
> The K380 keyboard should appear as "Keyboard" in the selection. Click on it.
> You will be prompted to enter a 6-digit pin displayed on your screen. Type the pin using your keyboard and press Enter.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns. Let's work together to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
John J.D.
I have the same problem, also with a Thinkpad. The answer above does not solve the problem.
The batteries are good. the keyboard is working properly since I can pair it to this same laptop when running Linux.
For me, the problem is that when I put the keyboard in discoverable mode (by long pressing one of the F1, F2, F3 keys), the keyboard never shows up in the list of available devices to pair. I see other devices nearby that appear in that list though.
